Delete your account

You can delete your Waymark account and its data at any time. There are two ways.

In the app — immediate

Open Waymark, go to Settings, and tap Delete account at the bottom. Your account is removed straight away. No waiting, no email needed.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email teenytailhelp@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, goals, daily step summaries, activities and their recorded routes, saved routes, friend connections and group memberships are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Messages you have already sent may remain visible to the other people in that conversation, in the same way an email you have sent stays in the recipient's inbox.
