Delete your account
You can do it yourself in the app, in under a minute.
1Open TeenyTail and tap Account.
2Tap Close your account.
3If a stay is still under way it tells you first; otherwise the account closes at once.
What goes, what stays
Deleted
Your name, email, photo and phone number; your emergency contacts; your pets' names, photos and vaccination cards.
Kept without your name
Reviews you wrote, which stay on the boarding's listing as “A pet parent”.
Kept only as long as needed
Records of past stays, to settle any question about them and as the law requires.
Can't open the app? Write to teenytailhelp@gmail.com from the email on your account, or include your registered mobile number. We confirm it is you, and close the account within 7 days.
