How do I pay the boarding?
At drop-off, by UPI or cash, straight to the boarding. The app shows the amount. TeenyTail takes nothing and holds nothing.
How do I cancel?
Open the stay and tap “Cancel this stay”. Nothing has been paid, so it costs nothing.
I did not get my sign-in code.
Wait a minute and tap “Send another code”. Codes can be sent three times in ten minutes.
Why can't I book a boarding I can see?
It doesn't fit your dog: its size, temperament or vaccinations. The listing says which, so you know.
When will I see my dog?
A video every day of the stay, from whoever is looking after them. Videos are kept for 7 days after pickup; save any you want to keep.
I run a boarding. How do I join?
Sign up as a boarding in the app. A person reads every listing before it goes live.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Close your account, in the app. More on deleting your account.
